David McCann

His career is marked by a proven record of building thriving companies, and a diverse portfolio that encompasses mergers, acquisitions, and fundraising across the Asia-Pacific region, USA, and EU. David’s expertise also shines in scaling up businesses and executing both business and investment strategies for growth.
Steven Xu
Steven is the founding partner of INP Capital with over 20 years’ experience in PwC and listed companies in Australia and China. Steven specialises in IPO and M&A activities in a broad range of sectors including technology, agriculture, and healthcare. His collective deals are value over $5 billion. He has been the chairman and non-executive director of various companies. Steven is also a Chartered Accountant of Australia and New Zealand, and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Noah Maffitt
As a technology executive of note, Noah Maffitt’s strategic leadership spans across the sectors of finance, retail, ecommerce, media, and entertainment. Noah’s focus on customer engagement and business scaling has achieved revenues over of USD 1 billion and has taken several companies from USD 0 to hundreds of millions in turnover. He has worked extensively with Venture Capital and Private Equity partners to reset and grow portfolio companies. With an innovative approach to business strategy and a successful history of fundraising and revenue generation, Noah leads client engagements to drive client success.
Jackie Chen
Jackie is the founding partner of INP Capital with over 20 years’ experience in the investment and financial service industry especially in venture capital management and M&A services. Ms. Chen focuses on investing and helping leading technology start-ups become successful globalized enterprises, especially in Fintech, Med-tech, AI, Robotics and Education industries. With working experience in both China and Canada, Ms. Chen has an extensive understanding of how to work together with companies and partners from different cultural backgrounds. Ms Chen. graduated in Oxford Brookes with a master's degree in business and enterprise, and she received her bachelor's degree in material science in China. Ms. Chen is also a member of National Angel Investor Association of Canada.
Myles Ormerod
Myles Ormerod has extensive experience as an investment analyst and leads engagements at AOP Capital. Myles is expert in managing idea generation and due diligence for portfolio investments. His insights encompass industry-specific research and the construction of financial models. An alumnus of the University of Exeter, UK, and HKUST, HK, he holds a Bachelor of Arts and an MSc in Finance. His multilingual abilities in English, Arabic, Cantonese, and Mandarin enhance his global perspective.
Jessica Wang
Jessica is a CFA charter holder with 20+ years of experience in Canadian financial industry, Jessica focuses on helping HNW private clients and institutional investors understand the opportunities in PE/VC and other top-tier alternative asset classes and find the right solutions offered by INP Capital. Highly entrepreneurial, Jessica’s ability to connect with investors and collaborate with all parties in providing quality and innovative solutions has been proven throughout her previous work as Regional Sales Manager for Franklin Templeton Investments as well as several successful investment consulting firms she founded. Jessica graduated from University of Western Ontario, prior to which she studied at the Guanghua School of Management in Peking University.
William Chen
William is an entrepreneur and influential business luminary with a diverse portfolio of achievements. As the co-founder of JC Pacific, his expertise in investment and asset management spans industries such as biotechnology, new energy, and ESG. Serving as the Secretary General of the Australia Shandong Chamber of Commerce, William has played a pivotal role in fostering business exchanges between China and Australia, orchestrating numerous successful initiatives. Additionally, he is the visionary founder of "foodao," an Australian chain restaurant brand, and holds substantial stakes in several companies, showcasing his dynamic entrepreneurial spirit.
Jane Sun
Jane is an accomplished legal expert with over two decades of experience, holding qualifications from both China and Australia. Her expertise lies in cross-border M&A and direct investment transactions, particularly in sectors such as mining, energy, agriculture, manufacturing, and retail. Jane has worked with prestigious international law firms and national firms and has served as a director for multiple Australian companies. Her affiliations include memberships in the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM), and the Global Association of Risk Management Professionals (GARP).
